| 24 mins return jog on a good track from Geallaig trig. Shafts of golden sunlight came through the clouds glinting off the Dee below. After a 6km hatless jog with a cold wind from starboard my right ear was feeling rather numb - happy to turn around and give the left ear its turn. Stomach not feeling 100% -managed the 6km slow jog back west to the road top -mostly downhill but only 12 mins quicker than upward leg. | Chris Pearson | 16/09/2020 |
