Parked at the wind farm gate - track mostly covered in deep, soft snow so keeping to the heather at the sides was easier.StueyB07/01/2023
Quick up and down from the main road (i stupidly thought the parking was for the wind farm entrace, but that was a few kms up the road!) anyway, nice walk, 7km in 1hr 15 all very easy paths and tracks, think you can drive to the top of this oneNicky C20/03/2022
Easy 1-hour return walk via track from NE. Didn't see Roy though!willyross28/10/2020
From lane near Glenarder - through engineered cutting and then along tracks through the heather to the Roys Hill summit & trig - Start of a holiday - a wild empty place.briandavies04/05/2019

Walked up massive wind farm track, easiest walk so far, last 40m across boggy heather. Great views to Ben Rinnes and the Cairngorms. Past a car 400m from trig, don't get excited Gerry it was a Toyota Hilux, your car won't make it!thejackrustles14/05/2015
