From end of the Loch Arkaig road. This the last hill of the day after Monadh Gorm, Carn Mor E Top and Carn Mor. From here dropped down to the A' Chuil bothy and back along the track for a 21km round. | jonglew | 27/11/2023 |
A nice little summit on the ridge descending from Carn Mor. With jonglew. | Dangerous Dave | 27/11/2023 |
From Strathan, via the forest road to A’Chuil. Climbed west side of burn using a ATV track. Then over E top and summit ridge to a fine rocky top. Stunning views to Loch Morar, Skye and the Small Isles Descent via Meall nan Spardan and returned via forest road. | benalder284 | 09/11/2019 |

After Bidein Chabhair, left camp and walked easily up Into Corrie Eich using ATV track from GR942926. Cut up onto ridge and Meall nan Spardan, then easy to summit. Like yesterday great views. Return via bealach, collected tent and walk on to Glen Pean to camp under Streap. | nordicstar | 06/06/2012 |
On way to Carn Mor. | Aye Jimmy | 22/04/2003 |
With a friend. We drove to the west end of Loch Arkaig. We walked on the forest track on the south side of Glen Dessary to past A’ Chùil bothy. We followed a vague path to join Meall nan Spardan ridge, with a short lunch break a little below the summit of Meall nan Spardan. We followed the ridge to the summit of Carn Mòr. | pwbellarby | 18/07/1998 |
