tarted at the bridge then ignored the guide book & went pretty much straight up Carn Bhrunachain to bag this wee top, then over to Carn Dearg. Craig Tharsuinn, 2km East beckoned so off we went. Small peat hags and continuing on the pathless terrain. Short heather & rocks made for a very pretty, but huge, rockery, a smaller version would complement most gardens. Back over 2 smaller tops of Carn Dearg North Top & Sgurr an Fhithich. Longer grass to descend, but soon on a small path alongside Allt na Reinich, then back at the bridge. Thoroughly enjoyable, reasonably dry and pretty easy for pathless. Great views especially of Craig MeagaidhLynnebe04/08/2023
Combination of the Eachach Càrn Deargs and Càrn Dearg (Bhrunachain) - solo from small parking area by footbridge of the River Roy nr Brae Roy Lodge. Track past lodge and over turret bridge, took track along Glen Turret before ascending up to Teanga Mor, then up to the first Carn Dearg (815m) of the day. Dropped down to bealach at the head of Gleann Eachach and then up to second summit (768). Dropped down to Leckroy, crossing river and then heading up from Canal Burn to third Carn Dearg (834m). Descended via Carn Bhrunachain back down to the car. Total time: 5h 59min.mproudfoot06/05/2023
Parked opposite Brunachan and waded the freezing river (flip flops ideal for this), then headed straight up Carn Brunachan then on to Carn Dearg. Descended W then SW to col then up east slopes NW to Leana Mhor. Steeply down NE to river, which felt even colder on the second crossing. 10km, 3h 20Rockdoctor06/04/2023

Simple river crossing at Brunachan. Pathless terrain to cairn on Carn Bhrunachain then gentle slopes to Corbett summit. Solo. Descended SW ridge, heading for Leana Mhor.Dangerous Dave12/08/2022
Round from the start point over the bridge with a trochle through the grass to Bunachan before ascending. Easy day enjoying the good weather for the most part- the rain came for the summit.kenmorti28/07/2022

Standard route, over the bridge then around the top of the east side of Coire na Reinich. Steady plod on pathless but good grassy ground. Grotty weather, steady rain, cloud at 700m, soft wet fresh snow at 800m, cold wind.Owen B24/05/2021

Anticlockwise circuit via Coire Dubh and Coire na Rainich as suggested by SMC guidebook. Very very steep descent into the corrie - I slipped and slid several metres, alarmingly.davidpettit8425/10/2020

2nd attempt was a success with Dave. We had tried a year or so previously, got to the Corbett Top, but failed to cross to the summit due to strong wind and snow [first time I used goggles in Scotland].mike__riley10/02/2018
