| From N starting at Gruinards, following track initially, then rougher ground on ascent to Carn a' Bhealaich. On to Carn Salachaidh with its rock tor summit, then Carn Bhrain, Carn a' Chlaiginn. | Parked in lay-by by post box. On pleasant grren path up through wood, over sheep pastures to heavy gate and open moor. Over 5 bridges for 600' and up on deer paths. Occasional footprint. Weary struggle through steep, deep heather to right over tussock. to Salachaidh. | arranc | 23/06/2005 |
