Parking spot on Glen Massan road at NS139840, walking by River Eachaig, then road / track along Loch Eck to Bernice. Forestry track up Bernice Glen then rough ground to the beallach and steep climb to summit of Meall Breac S Top (several humps) and traverse to summit of Beinn Bheag. N to boggy beallach and climb to summit of Cruach Bhuidhe. Return along ridge, contouring below the tops to Beallach Bernice and then long steady ascent to Beinn Mhor visiting tops to NE only slightly lower. Continued S on ridge, climbing Capull Cloiche, then cross to climb steeply to Clach Bheinn visiting the twin tops and a third top. Continued on to Creachan Mor, Creachan Beag, Creachan Beag SE top, and finally A'Cruach. Descended SE to find grassy track leading to forestry track down to Loch Eck road.RobertP30/08/2020
Solo. From car park at Benmore Botanic Gardens along the track that runs northwards close to Loch Eck. Then up to Bealach Bernice and Beinn Mhòr. From Beinn Mhòr went down the SE ridge over Capull Cloiche, Creachan Mòr, Creachan Beag, Creachan Beag SE Top (cairn at summit and a large boulder 25m SE which may be as high, so for good measure scrambled on to the top of the boulder) and A' Chruach. Descended SE and then followed a track through forest back to the car park at the Botanic Gardens. There were quite a lot of rhododendrons in the forest in full bloom, no doubt having seeded from the Botanic Gardens. It was a beautiful summer day with good views.pwbellarby06/06/2018

Glenbranter to Benmore ridge with Gill Stevens. 12 hills picked off. From Creachan Mor, and on to Creachan Beag SE Top.jonglew14/11/2017
Glenbranter to Benmore, over Cruach Bhuidhe, Beinn Bheag, Beinn Mhor and various Tumps. The starting firebreak was very steep, slippy and nasty, except when you can get through the forestry. Would be quicker/easier/more pleasant to gain height by zig-zagging up the forest road. The walk over the hills is fairly rough, and there is quite a lot of up and down, especially towards the end of the Beinn Mhor ridge. A route for connoisseurs. Look out for Christmas decorations on the trees by the track leading down to Benmore.Gill14/11/2017
