After Daimh - a brief interruption to a fine bike descent to the Clash Wood car park. Rooty singletrack to finish. Summit in the open, a short path deviation from Speyside Way which is not the boggy morass it was in 2005.fasgadh21/07/2020

From Glenconglass CP (free) - around Daimh Forest circuit, anti-clockwise (not recommeneded as the waymarkers are positioned only for clockwise users - so you have to guess where the route goes, then you can use the eyes in the back of your head to see if you guessed correctly) - route unclear until hit the Speyside Way.Isbjorn21/05/2019

Last of a Carn Liath(qv), Carn Daimh(qqv) and Cairn Ellick round from Tomnavoulin. We walked up the Speyside Way, in the forest, and where it turned L and descended we went R on a path, made the first footprints in a snowdrift and reached the top at the entrance to a wide clearing. With Pete. Though we did a circular walk, it would be possible to do it as a walk back to Tomintoul, where we were staying, on Tu or Th using a bus service.pwheeler19/03/2019
Cairn Ellick, Carn Daimh & Carn Liath from Tomnavoulin - all of which are pretty much on the Carn Daimh Circuit (which is well signposted). A really pleasant three hour or so stroll around the Allt a Choire watershed, taking in sheep, sheep dogs, cows, mud, forestry, and mist interspersed with fine views.summitter06/01/2019
