| 8/8 A long walk from Innerleithen. Lee Pen, Black Knowe, Clog Knowe ridge, then along edge of forest to access Dunslair Heights by a Forest ride leading straight to it. Then down and up bike tracks to Shieldgreen Kips, back to pick up track round to Lamb Law (ducking under trees for this one), then Cardon Law and Whiteside Edge. | Parking on rough grass about 100m up the gravel track to Burnhead Farm NT246470 (farmer gave a friendly wave). Up to Burnhead Farm, E across pasture to hurdle and awkward ditch to join ATV track up Longcote Hill. From Cardon Law, down to fence corner, over stile & then alongside fence to summit area, making use of faint bits of ATV track. Visited a few possible high points either side of barbed wire fence before making way back to fence junction S. of Cardon Law - SE alongside fence to start of firebreak at 280454 - NE along firebreak to track & then retraced steps back to car.
