As others, parked by gates at 140152 - Over left hand gate, alongside fence (nettles) & soon picked up an ATV track & trods down to gate at SJ 1413 1497 - Across field, straddled a low bwf & then up over sheep pasture to a another low bwf at SJ 1417 1461 - Picked a way through a fair bit of dead bracken, over a low section of wire fencing & then more dead bracken before reaching the pleasant bracken-free summit area.gerrybowes30/11/2022
Exactly as clivevilla avoiding drop into valley.Campbell Singer10/02/2022
From 140151 but I went south first and then east across the sheep pasture to a brackeny area. There were fairly easy paths through the bracken so no problem.clivevilla20/08/2020
After Allt y main-walked along lane and approached from E. Lane leads to Ywen, took green lane to SW. Once through gate, across wooded fields looked like a quad bike track W then N. All gates across to top however one through extremely wet ground.Rob5014/04/2019

A bit up and down, but nice views.Martin R26/03/2017
From NW but elected to minimise the height loss. So headed more to the right. A really pretty hidden vale. Summit is reasonably distinct except the hummock just across the way looks higher. Went to look and yep.looks higher from that side too. See for yourself though.stig_nest11/05/2016
From NW, same starting point as Anton, more or less beeline. Nice route. RHW16/06/2013
