Filled in some gaps starting at 769655 and visiting Esgair Garthen first then back to Crug Gynon, Crug Gynon Crug Gynon S Top, Pen y Tywi, Pen y Tywi S.Top and finally Pen-y-bwlch on the way back. About 13.5 miles and about 5 and a half hours. The weather had been fairly dry but there wwere still quite a lot of boggy and pathless parts. | clivevilla | 12/05/2019 |

From Crug Gynon, quite rough going, though we avoided the wettest ground by keeping to the higher ground; possible alternative summit 600m to W | AlanD | 20/03/2016 |
As part of a circuit of Disgwilfa, Graig Felen, Esgair Wen, Dibyn Du, Crug Gynon, Crug Gynon South Top and Pen-y-bwlch starting at 76984 65568. The circuit was over tussocky grass and peaty ground, if the weather hadn't been dry for the past few weeks this would not have been achievable. | JohnStoneham | 08/09/2014 |
