Parked in Wroxhall and walked via Appuldurcombe house - included a trip to the Worsley monument | Buck | 10/07/2023 |
Continued walk after Whitwell Hill via Fishing Lake and Week La to HP. Perhaps the nicest hill of our holiday, with views from Bembridge Down to Tennyson Down (for us, the best on the IOW) and a circular walk, returning via Nettlecombe. With Pete, sunny day, but his car had given up and had to be towed away! | pwheeler | 13/06/2023 |

From the minor road. Parking limited. Up the very steep road to the track to the top. Perhaps this is the hill with greatest amount of ascent on the I.O.W I did... | Play2End | 09/06/2015 |

Difficult parking on Rew Lane to E. New high fence making direct walk from hill summit to obelisk difficult, but needed to bag the OS intersected stn and benchmark there. Lovely rolling coutryside. | jonglew | 11/05/2014 |
Best views of the island. Followed Worsley Trail from Godshill Park. Tall fence protecting summit area shrinks to a standard fence 200m E of summit. Recommend approach from N. | jimbloomer | 06/03/2014 |
