N Centre and most rugged of the 3 crags has a cairn and a holly tree on the north slope. Only Rowan tree on the moor that I saw is on a similar looking small crag about 900m east. (Can be seen from west side of Haskew Beck near the end of the walk) Eastern of the 3 crags may be higher.Nick Caunt14/05/2014
With Jo, walk from Wet Sleddale: Sleddale Hall, Great Ladstones, Rowantree Crag, Langhowe Pike (two tops) returning by Haweswater Reservoir road. Weather; high cloud, cool breeze, light shower, good visibility.amblerbob27/04/2014
Parking in Keld gave these hills in perspective. Easy parking, a bit of road walking at each end of the day. Completed as part of a circular walk of hills 2621, 7995, 2613, 2592, 7999, 2585, 2594 & 3840. Navigation not too difficult in the rain.JohnStoneham06/02/2014

With Alf and Des from Great Ladstones. Three small craggy knolls sit in a bog.The most easterly knoll appears to be the top. Stones of a small scattered cairn on the rock prow.mick14/11/2013
If just climbing this top there is a small parking area at Truss Gap, despite the warning notices that there isn't. Cross the footbridge and a good track leads uphill. If doing this as part of a complete round of Swindale then it is an easy walk across the (pathless) moor from Langhowe Pikemoorsman23/10/2013
