Round of Ben Halton and Little Tomanour hill from road bend under Ross Wood.Topographer5729/01/2024
Late start so just one Tump. From gates to castle, Tomanour then summit. Over marsh to ridge 268, Dalrannoch, Craggish then car for enjoyable 7.5k.NormanW30/12/2019
From car park on Dalrannoch road, past the farm then up to the ridge with 268m top, across the boggy dip to reach the summit. A pity that it doesn't lie at the fine outcrop. Descent to the east via Cuilt farm to avoid all of the old bracken on the ascentColin Crawford02/01/2019
round of ben halton, little tomanour hill, ross wood from parking at track entrance 75378 21523robertphillips24/11/2017
Lots of snow and craggy icy slopes to the west made it feel like a walk in the wilderness. Parked at NN750214, took a direct line from bend in track, worked ok but descent route via Tomanour is better. A track carries on up along west edge of trees and most of the way to the summit.alda21/01/2015
