Traverse of the Five Sisters Ridge, from the Glenshiel battlefield car park at NH 00907 13524. Steep climb of 550m to Bealach an Lapain, then rough ridge walking over Beinn Odhar, Sgurr nan Spainteach, Sgurr na Ciste Duibhe, Sgurr na Carnach and Sgurr Fuaran. Atmospheric day up on The Five Sister of Kintail ridge with John. Spent much of the time on the ridge in the clouds, though there were clear patches earlier on. Ground was very wet and the resulting mixture of mud and wet slabby rock made for a slippery ridge walk. We had cars at both ends, but John left his car keys in my car (whoops), so we managed to blag a lift from kind stranger at the Jac-o-bite back up to my car. | mproudfoot | 11/10/2020 |

3/3 - then further ascend over more snow and broken ground to 3rd Munro summit - again the descent is tricky in snow. Also took in Sgurr nan Saighead then descended and walked out via the long Allt a' Chruinn valley. Sting in the tail is the prolonged stepped descent down to the village | wychwood | 04/03/2019 |
