Track near Affric Lodge N, then W across moorland to Sgurr na Lapaich, along ridge via Mullach Cadha Rainich to Mam Sodhail, then N to Beinn Fhionnlaidh (contouring past Carn Eige on W side), via Stob Coire Lochan, returned over Carn Eige, then along E ridge over Stob a' Choire Dhomhain, Stob Coire Dhomhnuill, Sron Garbh, then descended to Gleann nam Fiadh to follow track out, but it was in such poor condition that I crossed the river and took the track S direct back to Affric Lodgekdbennett17/06/2018

Tenth and thankfully last MT of the day plus 5 M's as it was now 21:00 and feeling rather knackered. Back to the car at 22:15 in the dark. Moral: set off earlier. Plenty of time left for a pint or two though!Aye Jimmy11/05/1996

A fine ridge walk to return to Affric Lodge from Mam Sodhail, though Sgurr na Lapaich is a Hump to climb at the end of a long day. The views on the descent from this summit down to Glen Affric were very beautiful. A 17 mile day (see Mam Sodhail log for route). With Petepwheeler25/05/1991
from M C R. to top at end of ridge. 17.20. Steep crags on E face meant a detour to S. Faint path until heather and swamp took over. Another 2 long miles, boot full of sludge, to stalkers' path and rapidly down to road and car at 19.00. 16 1/2 m - 9 hours. 2 estate cars passed PVK7 and 7PVK!arranc04/06/1989
