From the A82, after a walk up Ben Nevis earlier in the day. Beautiful late afternoon sunshine with temperatures of +24c and a pleasant breeze. Conditions underfoot were very favourable following several days of dry weather. Visited both the W and E summit knolls which are of a similar height and enjoyed the views all around, which are stunning and unique. A must for Rannoch Moor fans.Rod M30/05/2023
From parking at 30438 51208, a strangely enjoyable 10k walk in and out over ground which was fairly dry after recent spell. Some weaving required to avoid lochans and patches of bog, but not too bad, and the wilderness views at the top are great.NormanW26/04/2022
From camp at the end of the Abhainn Ba. Walk over the moor not too difficult and very good views. Back out to Rannoch Station by packraft.fasgadh15/10/2020
Pre-work boggy trudge over Rannoch Moor from the A82. Worth the effort though, summit has a wonderful remote feel to it.Lindsay M01/08/2017
