Logged Descriptions  (logged by 13 users)ByDate of Ascent
From the gated entrance to Rannoch Lodge forestry. A couple of hundred yards along the forest road, an extraction track leads to the col between An Cladhan and Tom na Sgreadaile. As the crags on the right run out, the forest edge fence becomes horizontal, leaving a steepish walk up heather and bracken slopes to the summit. Good views.Nick Down129/05/2023

On the way down the Loch Ericht estate road by bike, left it at the forest entrance and walked around the fence then across new tree plantings to the top. The flies were dreadful, so decided to call it a day, 4 Tumps today in lovely warm weather.NormanW22/06/2021
Up and down from South over dead bracken.richtea504027/03/2019
On way back from Dun Daimh. Bracken dead so descent south to road was easy and quite enjoyable.alda28/02/2016
Solo in glorious afternoon weather. Used track going NW through forest from NN506576, where it is possible to park. At end of mature forest, OS 1:50,000 map shows open ground going round to summit. However, lots of young trees initially. Rough ground; best line seems close to fence that bounds mature forest. Summit feature is a rock protruding through the heather. A purgatorial descent was made more or less S through thick and high bracken to road at NN499570. Two fences to climb as well.pwbellarby16/10/2015
