Up from Blacklunans via the old drove road to Alyth and back down thro Drumfork Estate. There is now a track all the way from the estate to the top and a bench beside the boulder.daviemore14/12/2023
From Blacklunans to NWGonk02/03/2023
Via pleasant Drumfork estate. Tracks all the way except the final heather top.Adrian09/06/2022
From Blacklunans phone box (library). Up behind the house at the bend then across grazing land to Alda's pond. Then new estate landrover track. Friendly stalker told me the road is a dead end, but plans to make it circular. Nice view from rock at top.NormanW22/03/2021

from the south along track till end, rough loggers brash track to within 200m of open ground then a heather plod to the top.robertphillips08/09/2019
Used alda's route. Good panoramic views with snowy tops.richtea504001/11/2018
From phone box at road junction to north. Followed signposted path to NO 1509 6013 then cut up left to avoid boggy section of path and the Drumfork estate. Ground not bad, just a short stretch of bog and a fence. Rejoined track by pond at NO 1520 5956. Good hill walk from there on path all the way to final steep section. Large rock on summit.alda08/02/2016
Followed forest track in from south (NO141565). Unfortunately this didn't continue to the edge of the trees as shown on the map but it was possible to continue up and right through a felled and newly re-planted section. Upper hill is typical heather moorland. Fine view from summit boulder.Lindsay M26/06/2015
