Logged Descriptions  (logged by 15 users)ByDate of Ascent
From Monluth Hill heading west down through patchy firebreak to main forest track. Followed track SW to bridge before it heads North gradually uphill for a short distance before heading up a firebreak between trees which wasn't very obvious from track but once past the initial trees the break provides a good clear ascent to the open hillside and top.Jossker04/02/2023

A quick traverse from the Nine Stones car park along the landrover track to the end of the forest. Then we followed the dyke / fence to the top and followed it down to the track to the SW of the summit. A quiet hill!ragudave06/06/2021
Only 500m distance and 70m of ascent through deep heather from path to SW on return walk with L from Monlouth. A gentle reminder of the sort of terrain no doubt awaiting aplenty on the OMM in Clyde Muirshiel in just 2 months, when today's sunshine and warmth will no doubt be replaced by something quite different.Chris Pearson27/08/2019
Walked from the entrance to Nine Stanes carpark down Garrol Hill and through gate at the bottom. Started on track but soon cut up on reasonable grass and heather. The top is deep heather. There is a cairn but it is south west of the true summit, which is on the fence . Considered route to Monluth Hill but the heather was making for slow progress.JohnW16/04/2019
