The delights of this hill are its foot with the 3 mile long St Cyrus beach -a National Nature Reserve of cliffs, dunes and beach, renowned for its birds, sheltered grasslands, rare flowers, butterflies and 200+ species of moths. Many species being at their northerm limit in the UK. This stretch of coast is on National Cycle Route 1 - Shetland to Dover- which must be some ride, and you get to glimpse Hill of Morphie.Chris Pearson22/10/2019

A spot of summit vegetation to negotiate. Otherwise, straightforward.summitter25/01/2019

Strange that this one hasn't been claimed. Easy from the road, along the farm track then up the edge of a ploughed field. Summit is buried in a mess of gorse and broom but not too troublesomeColin Crawford08/05/2016
