Parked by gate to NE and up track (left at first junction, right at second) then took small path at NH9936123352 which leads right to the top without having to bash through any vegetation. | StueyB | 07/01/2024 |
From NE, parked in southern gateway at NH 9965 2360 as the one to N was already occupied. Small path W to join mapped paths leading to summit, small cairn by pine tree. Last summit of a 12 day trip, overnight at Newtonmore then home next day. | RHW | 02/10/2023 |
Up through the field from north of the quarry, picked up path coming from the north to the top, large pine tree uprooted at the top, small cairn near the HP. | robertphillips | 14/10/2022 |
Parked opposite the entrance to the working quarry. Thrashed up through the vegetation before landing on a well used path which led up to the summit. Followed another path down but when it started heading in the wrong direction, thrashed back down the vegetation and landed, unceremoniously, on the road near the quarry. I made the mistake of following the right hand branch on the track, landing me with an area of deep vegetation to cross. Stick with the waymarks | Colin Crawford | 08/06/2018 |
Same route as JohnW, a better wee hill than its neighbour (Skye of Curr) with very pleasant wooded top. | Dave McG | 03/03/2018 |
From Croite na Beath. Circular route through Skye of Curr, Dulnain Bridge and Broomhill. | callumorr | 13/02/2018 |
There is a good track and parking space in Mid Cur. The track can be followed to the old quarry, which is fenced off. Head straight up from here. | JohnW | 16/04/2016 |
