2 of 2: From Dun Garbh. Went SW on difficult ground and then around the south side of a knoll. The col at the foot of DD had a tangle of fallen trees. Steep climb to the west side then clear to the top. We returned to the col and then down almost to the river where an old overgrown track led east back to the stile at 541244. With Karen. | ChrisR | 08/03/2021 |
Approached from the minor road to the north and boulder hopped across the River Farigaig in very dry conditions. Rough ground led towards the col and then followed a steep wee path up the north east side. Nice grassy top with the hillfort embankments still prominent, great views up and down Loch Ness. | Dave McG | 05/06/2018 |
