By the rail underpass rom Kinsadel.Easy approach through trees and tolerable brackenColin Crawford10/06/2022
From tunnel under railway at Kinsadel House. At gate under tunnel, I was suddenly accosted by three collie dogs, barking avidly but clearly very friendly. Presume that some human was following after them and showing off woman came along who was taking them for a walk. She asked me where I was going and I said hop the wee Hill she said you're going in the wrong direction and she proceeded to act as my guide for the entire walk on a linear route over the hill down the other side and out of another culvert back to the Road Again. Also got a very interesting history lesson to Marie Mcdonald had lived in the area all her life and her mum was in that house that she now lives in and was born in 1906. She also showed me the few ruins in the forest which no one else but a local would know about of the old school which apparently was a timber structure which was abandoned in 1920 when they opened a new school in Morar. Fascinating stuff. On the north side of the hill. she found an apricot colourvegibagger22/09/2021
