Bagging a few HUGHs after a wet, windy morning. Followed signposted path to the Fairy Lochs then straight up hill after gate in deer fence. Solo.Dangerous Dave03/09/2023
Parked at the end of the track, and followed the sign to the crash memorial. Up a wet and boggy path, then finally over rocks and grass to the trig point. Continued on to Cnoc Loch na Doire Moire.LizH26/10/2022
From the B road first to the crash memorial the on to the top, up crags.NormanW25/09/2022
Parked dirt layby NG 8075 7239. Followed mapped track/path (Fairy Lochs). Keep left NG 8056 7206 on un-mapped path initially thru' forest. (If miss this, obvious sharp left soon after). Path heads direct for top via deer gate (NG 8088 7161) to bealach at NG 8101 7149carole engel04/09/2019
Here for the trigpoint. TP:UK log: Same as Big J. Very midgey today and didn't stop raining all day! Followed the marked path leading to the crash site. Immediately after the gate in the deer fence, turned left and wandered over rocky outcrops towards the obvious trig. Last bit is a bit of a scramble and apparently I made it look like Everest in the rain. It was a tad slippy in places! Trig has slight damage to a corner. No centre cap but all sight holes are open. Stunning airy perch overlooking the surrounding area. Also visited the nearby crash site which was sombre and poignant.thejackrustles27/07/2019
Easy ascent by the path, splendid little hill. On south eastwards towards the HumpColin Crawford06/11/2018
Bagging the trig. Fantastic wee summit.BigJ08/04/2018
Parked at the beginning of the track into Torridon on the B 8056 near Shieldaig at NG 80746 72382. Then followed the boggy marked trail to the poignant crash site at the Fairy Lochs. Then re-traced steps to larger lochan to the north, following the north shore. Then followed a faint path towards the hill, involving an easy small scramble up to the summit. To descend, headed to the bealach just north-west of the summit, steeply down a gully south-west. Then on an eroded path north-west through a gate in the deer fence to rejoin the outward path further down. A fine hill with good views. Solo, in wet & windy weather.Man of Kernow127/10/2016
