From NE, Fyrish car park, good path. Heavy rain at summit arrived 2hrs early at the only exposed part of the walk. Descended W then mapped forest track, plenty windthrow, for Cnoc Duchaire.RHW26/09/2023

From Cnoc Fyrish car park up jubilee track to monument, followed paths down over back of ridge to corner around 596704 from where a bit of a path leads up on the RHS of the first tree, then head to the left of a lonesome tree higher up and the path leads direct to the summit. Back down to the corner then took track to the North of Cnoc Fyrish back to the car park. 6.75 miles in around 2hrs 45JulieB18/06/2022

With snowfall and strong winds forecast higher up, I nipped up the wee hills of Fryish (453m) & Cnoc Ceislein (523m) a Marilyn. Fryish has an interesting monument on top. I'm always impressive when I see the oil rigs parked up in the Cromartry Firth.chillyman821/10/2021

With J by the waymarked path on way to Cnoc Ceislein. Quite a few others up there not in any expensive hill walking gear. We felt a bit overdressed... until the showers started merging into a prolonged downpour!NotReallyABagger18/05/2021
Up the usual route from the car park - busiest hill this year. Down the western ridge and round the back to Duchairefasgadh24/10/2020

Not much time after builders and plumbers, so what to do on the way to Brora. This hill was perfect, a nice easy walk on good paths and fabulous views. Much better than the adjacent Marilyn. Shame about the monument, erected to the glory of Sir Hector Munro by starving Highlanders in exchange for famine relief, basically slave labour. The Welfare state seems to be going the same way in the 21st Century...Gill06/02/2020
A pleasant woodland walk and an impressive masonry monument at the top.Peterb20/11/2019
