From NE, St John's Kirk, as others, forest road almost to top; 50m before its highpoint an obvious path climbs R and leads to summit, short ridge in nice open heathery pinewood. Lovely sunny mild morningRHW25/09/2023

From church, took main track to gate at 608496. Well defined trod goes up and west to the wall, cross wall to high point. Suspect coords shown are not quite right.iangalbraith12/04/2022
Up from the old church.BigJ12/03/2021
Quick walk up from Arpafeelie chapel to the ball mouth at the end of the track. The summit is about 200m to the east.Nozzer03/11/2020
Bike up from Arpafeelie with a short walk into the woods to the summit. Tried a singletrack descent from the orienteering map but the path was seriously overgrown and some fight. (most of the wood is runnable!). Lost camera on descent but found after two more encounters with the fight path. First rule of Fight Path - warn folk off Fight Path. (main track up is fine btw - just don't be clever)fasgadh18/10/2020
Approached from Arpafeelie church on bike, take first major right track after about 700m, go to high point of col, then right through woodland to high point.willyross10/04/2020
