Conamheall from NE, track almost to bothy, river an easy boulder hop, no br. Quartzite above 300m, summit cairn, ptarmigan on S ridge. Standard, descended SE, more direct descent might work. Tarsuinn, Pt397, Chairn, interesting complex route to Shomhairle, small cairn, grassy descent NE then rejoin path beyond bothy, ring ouzel just S of main road.RHW21/05/2019
