Beinn Dearg Mheadhonach and Beinn Dearg Mhor from Sligachan.rhalstead16/06/2023
Parked at NG 5311 2799 for a circuit of Ciche na Beinne Deirge and Beinn Dearg Mheadhonach. Started by walking down road to track and gate through fence. Then up Bruach nam Bo. Returned same way.PGCE29/05/2023
The Red Cuillin ridge from Sligachan. Up the lovely Druim na Ruaige ridge to Beinn Dearg Mheadhonach then a quick down and back up Ciche na Beinne Deirge. Next the big boys ... Beinn Dearg Mhor and Glamaig before a descent to the A87 via An Coileach. Although a three mile walk back along the A87 to Sligachan was required due to no one picking up hitch-hikers any more, it did not spoil a fabulous walk. 6.5 hrs total.summitter21/05/2023

11am, light cloud, 9 degrees, calm at Sligachan. Good ridge walking, mountains left and right. On to Ciche na Beinn Deirge.Wycombe Wanderer25/03/2019
From Beinn Dearg Mhor. Good underfoot. Headed back to Sligachan down the good path on the Drum na Ruaige ridge. Great, clear conditions. Took just over 5 hours including Glamaig and Beinn Dearg Mhor.bolton05/10/2018
A morning round from the road to the north: Beinn Dearg Mhor, Beinn Dearg Mheadhonach and down by scree from near the col between them, quite step but OK. Started out with cloud down to road level, found I had cracked my compass and lost the fluid so not working. Guessed I would be Ok for a straightforward route so ploughed up through the cloud only to come out into glorious sun at about 550 metres, a sea of cloud below me with 7 'island' peaks sticking up througnh it, a classic temperature inversion - brilliant and solved my compass problem.dickscroop03/06/2018
anticlockwise circuit from Sligachan south for 2.5 km up Allt na Measarroch, up north on to Ciche na Beinne Deirge, over Beinn Dearg Mheadhonach, BD Mhor, out to An Coileach and finally back along the beautifull grassy ridge to Glamaig summit, Sgurr Mhairivegibagger04/06/2017

MMC Skye weekend at Carbost Old Inn. Solo walk from Glamaig to Marsco.DK and Kevin did the reverse of my walk. Sunny and dry. Much of Black Cullin in whispy mist. 7 1/2 hours.alexmaclennan14/09/2013
Week in Skye with Mum. Cloudy and wet all day so did the Beinn Deargs and Glamaig - fairly big walk! Lovely ascent up Druim na Ruaige, horrible scree coming off NW end of BD Mhor, Glamaig from the bealach only slightly better, then back down Allt Daraich for miserable bogtrot back to hotel.Mark Jackson15/07/2013

Good path to Elgol for 3/4m then uphill over wet moor to foot of WDP at start of ridge. Peaty but good path up on ridge for a mile. Tundra like easy going underfoot. Final clamber over small scree on zig zags for 300'. To top at 13.00. Highest point was a smaller cairn 100m to S. to Dearg Mhor.arranc08/10/2007
