From Walkers Hill car pk on the walk I promised myself in 2016. Wonderful section of Wansdyke then bag over the slack bw fence. Sorry, DD, standing on the exact HP is of interest to an eccentric minority and really adds nothing to the aesthetic. These are lovely hills and the walk all the way, over Cliffords Hill to Cannings Cross farm is on sensitively managed pasture/downland. Returned via towpath and Woodborough Hill. Warm and sunny.pwheeler21/09/2020

Pewsey Station-Martinsell-Golden Ball- Milk Hill - Tan Hill and back to station over Milk Hill and using drove road. Lots of birdlife. Good wildlife management by land owners and managerstrimarc230/09/2019
Walk from carpark to pick up Milk Hill, Tan Hill and Golden Ball Hill. Great viewsRamblingpaul13/09/2019
As CS parked with permission at Cannings Cross farm buildings. Summit field had waist high wheat with tractor lines. Farmer trimming nettles/weeds in adjacent field made life awkward. Then visited relocated trig at SW corner, followed fence round.Aye Jimmy21/07/2019

From milk hill along Wansdyke. As mentioned by others it appears the trig point has been removed. I am guessing that I was on or close to the true summit.Buck21/06/2018
Pleasant walk. Started from Bottlesford, made my way to Allington and walked up to the summit from there. It appears the trig point has been removed which I found propped up in the corner of the field. So I can only guess if I reached the true summit but couldn't have been far off if not.derlan12/06/2018
Another dreadful crop field with a low barbed wire fence to cross. Trig point removed. These hills could be lovely if the summits were looked after and made accessible. What a shame! Solo.Dangerous Dave18/02/2018
From Milk Hill along Wansdyke. Quite tricky getting into summit field. Crop reaped, so no problem once in. My 1987 OS map shows the trig pillar in situ, so it was there then. Suspect the farmer uprooted it, so he didn't have to plough round it.ngthack11/08/2017
