Bike from Loch Poulary bridge to S side of the forest at NN 1317 9940 then path S the W to burn at NN 13956 9843 and up through rough stuff. Direct line back to the bike.Eddie14/05/2019
Beinn Chraoibh, Carn Dubh, Meall Tarsuinn and Glas Bheinn from butterfly car park by Loch Arkaig. Long trudge back on west side of Sgurr Choinnich - tussocky but not boggy. Probably easier without the lush summer growth.mae19/07/2017
From N. Followed HGV forest track to NN 1317 9938 then turned R up a narrower vehicle track to NN 1297 9907. Above there a few saplings had been recently planted but easy access now makes this a straightforward 1/2 day. Cloudless, snow above 250m. Sunglasses day!jimbloomer28/02/2016
New forest roads now get you as far as NN131995. the old path continues from there, through a clear felled area but is of limited use, both within the forest and beyond. better just to grit your teeth and cope with a vegetated ascent. The hill is saved by its all round viewsColin Crawford25/08/2014
