Failed to check for extra peaks on planned route. Passed on way to Pen y Boncyn Trefeilw. Annoyingly conscience won't let me claim a full bag as did not walk over summit but reckon my head was above summit on path nearby. Will come back and do properly if I ever decide to complete Ex-Nuttall list. | mntainman | 31/10/2015 |

Followed the Nuttalls route apart from Stac Rhos, Cefn Gwyntog, Cyrniau Nod all done as out and back from the track. Each with a handy cairn to indicate where to leave the track. added this one to their route as it was near the track. Latter part of the day it poured with rain and cloud came down. | axe.stephen | 28/05/2014 |
About the only easy hill climbed today, accessed off the very welcome track that makes life much easier.
Featureless summit. Walked up and then around in a circuit to make sure. Today I started at Llangynog and climbed Moel Dimoel, Cyrniau Nod, Cefn Gwyntog, Stac Rhos, Pen Y Boncyn Trefeilw and next hill on the list is Foel Goch. The view North is lovely, the sunlight was showcasing the steep Foel Y Ddinas I returned to the track and picked up the fp heading North branching off in a North westerly direction at around 550 metres above sea level. | Dazingdale | 06/05/2014 |
