1) Cribarth (428m summit) and trigpoint located away from summit. 2) Twynwalter (502m summit). 3) Carreg Goch (558m summit). 4) Disgwylfa (543m summit). 5) Pen Bwlch y Ddeuwynt (473m summit) and nearby trigpoint 6) Tyle Garw (467m summit). After days of heavy rain some very boggy valleys between summit, a long walk just as hard as tackling higher peaks! /D A simple enough climb from Twynwalter. A scenic summit, although apps and OS map may be wrong on actual summit, I visited two places to be sure.meltdiceburg27/10/2023

Then walked on to Disgwylfa before returning to Craig y Nos Country Park via Dan yr Ogof. With eldest son (18). Weather mainly sunny with some cloud and quite warm.clyoung03/08/2021

Parking area at the Dan-yr-Ogof campsite at SN84212 16376 (Parking £3 a day) - Up clearly signposted RoW to Twynwalter & Disgwylfa. From Disgwylfa made a beeline for Carreg Goch. From Glyntawe. Originally tried to go up the slightly shorter path to the NE of the river but it was in spate and I had to descend and go up the other side (through the caravan parl with emus!). I met a guy on the way down who was going up to see the Welligton bomber crash site. I hadn't spotted it but it looks interesting on google.clivevilla29/12/2015

After a visit to Llandovery College on a lovely sunny autumnal afternoon run, linking the logical 3 shapely tops of Twynwalter/Disgwylfa/Carreg Goch. Up track from caves as per start of day 2 on OMMM 2013 which took us over these hills (but not to the actual summits). Nice shapely, rocky terrain with vast views.Chris Pearson05/11/2014
