From car park at top of hill/ bend on road, west of Grange Arch, 1.5 km E on unmettaled road and into field for HP. First on a Dorset Hump completion holiday, with Pete, after drive from Chobham. We decided against continuing the walk to Creech Barrow, returned to car, and just bagged the latter hill, so avoiding walking on quite a busy road. Intrestingly, views from the adjacent Tumps were better than those from the Humppwheeler03/06/2023
Parked at car park at the view point t to the west. Just Ridgeway Hill and Creech Barrow Hill today. Weather was lovely, stiff breeze cooling the temperature to bearable. While at the top of Creech Barrow Hill I saw the rain rolling in across Portland so beat a hasty retreat back to car.stagger onward24/07/2022
Parked at SY 93017 82076 and set off with certainty for Knowle Hill. After quite a while I reached what looked like the top only to see something else which looked bit higher. Checking the map I realised I was going in totally the wrong direction, what a twit. Not all was lost the other top I saw was Ridgeway Hill just quarter of a mile away.DC11main10/07/2022
Walk from car park west of Grange Arch. Povington hill, Worbarrow Tout, Tyneham cap, then into Tyneham abandoned village for a look around. Very interesting and quite busy despite the persistent rain all day. Back out through the cows to Swyre Head, Knowle hill, Creech Barrow and Ridgeway hill. Great views throughout despite the rain.Buck01/05/2022

With Jo, from Corfe Castle: track to Knowle Hill (two tops), continued on track to Grange Arch then used convenient gap under fence to bag Ridgeway Hill. Exited field through gate to east and continued to Creech Barrow Hill. Returned through Stonehill Down Nature Reserve, and then back over Knowle Hill bagging the trig on the way. Weather; Generally sunny and very windy, good visibility throughout.amblerbob25/09/2019
