Logged Descriptions  (logged by 38 users)ByDate of Ascent
Parked 200 yards E of the Kenknock CP, which was full, despite it being a Monday. Beware rickety stiles, especially the one between the bridge and the track to the pump house; on the way back, I squeezed under the gate, rather than putting the stile's reamining woodwork to the test again. Dragonflies darted around the ditch by the track. After another stile after the pump house, a path soon ascends L before the main body of trees, leading to a narrow bridge across an incised burn. From there, grass and heather slopes lead to the summit.Nick Down103/06/2024

I may have visited this top in 1998 but couldn't be sure. So a quick venture up the pipeline today gathered it in. Any thoughts of adding another ascent of the Munro were scotched by the biting north wind. Stirling re-claimedColin Crawford12/11/2017
