From Adielinn Plantation. Up and on the good paths and track to Bothy at Loch Wharral which was locked because of misuse. Followed faint track to summit of Ben Tirran and watching several mountain hares, then on to Craigs of Loch Wharral and Green Hill. Descend Shanks of Catstae and Rough Craig to start.
