| Continuation of walk from Penycloddiau. Took Offa's Dyke path NNW to bwlch, then up by permissive path and then access land to the top. The trig point is situated in pasture over barbed wire fence, not on access land. Stunning views on clear evening to Lakeland Fells, Isle of Man and Snowdonia from the cairn. | Climbed to cairn via signposted path off Offas dyke en-route to accommodation in Afon-wen. I Couldnt see how to get to trig point as it lay beyond the wire fence so i climbed over.
