Ably assisted by guide Tim Hamlet (Hamlet Mountaineering) - £260 - for a full day, although I was in a rush, so just did the Graham in 2.5 hrs. Just 4 moves up the Guardian. Exposed one side only. | carole engel | 04/09/2023 |
Hadnt intended to do Stac Pollaidh today but too tempting on way past. What a great wee hill! Anti clockwise circuit including all the tops | daviemore | 19/07/2022 |

Today I did it! With the help of Mountain Guide Tim Hamlet, I negotiated the bad step, not very elegantly, but successfully. It feels like winning a Gold Medal. Thanks, Tim. | IanHHill | 09/09/2021 |
Treacherous weather reached the peak apart from the last scramble to the top (apparently toughest in the uk) looked more of a rock climb than a scramble . Marilyn no. 51 | The-Z-Man | 09/08/2021 |

Having backed away from the tough scramble at the top in 1994, I employed Paul Tattersall to guide me safely to the true summit with ropes. Thoroughly recommended. Was supposed to be showery and windy, but stayed dry and mild with only a light to moderate breeze, so spent plenty of time at the top soaking up the awesome views. Was fun to traverse from the east to west summits then down a steep gully to get off. Great short day. | Owen B | 29/09/2017 |
Dik and I had a great afternoon scrambling about on Stac Pollaidh, and like many, stopped at The Tower, but I hope to return there one day and conquer the west summit. | Lou | 28/09/2017 |
Good scrambling weather, final move not too difficult! Lovely sunset light on Suilven. | twg27 | 04/09/2017 |
Decent weather for scrambling around on the pinnacles. Went anticlockwise and came down via the Tümp to the NW. Impressive hill. | agentmancuso | 23/07/2017 |

With Richard M's final Marilyn party, thank you to all those who helped me over the gendarme near the summit. | Topographer57 | 29/05/2016 |
Late for the summit party owing to a flat tyre, had to flag down a car and request a lift to start. Not a bad day though in the end. Well done Richard M. | alda | 29/05/2016 |
Repeat ascent in honour of Marilyn completer number 8, Richard McLellan. Great choice of hill in grand weather and lots of cake and malt. Five out of eight compilers on summit together. | Martin R | 29/05/2016 |
Richard's final Marilyn. With 20 others. Fantastic weather followed by midge free beach bbq at port a Baigh. | Denise | 29/05/2016 |
Revisit with Richard Mclellan who had managed to save this superb peak as his final Marilyn - joined by a good group of friends including 4 of the 7 previous Marilyns completers and several who appreciated the rope kindly provided for the little scrambly tower just before the summit. Fine sunny day. Down via Meall a'Chaorainn. | RHW | 29/05/2016 |

Via normal route, Thunder storm passing over on the way up. | rhalstead | 01/07/2015 |
Previously to South-East summit only on 10/07/2014 | Neil Midgley | 25/06/2015 |
Fantastic hill, great views despite not very good weather. Did all three tops. Not as hard as guide book makes out, but when met with the big step on the west (highest) top, the gully to the left is an easier option. A wonderful complex mountain with rewards far greater than its height might suggest. | nicolajane | 16/06/2015 |
Beautiful sunny day. Climbed with Chris, Digger, Kitt and John | PhylipSollis | 22/04/2015 |
With Rob and Lesley. A grey day with rain on the decent. Limited views from saddle. | Roadie58 | 13/04/2015 |
Dropped down to the left of the sentry barring the summit. Then managed to wriggle up the large boulder. Less exposed than it looks from above. | hils | 26/09/2014 |
