As part of most of Nantlle Ridge with Mo. Couple of trick parts between the Obelisk and the ascent of this one. Descended down the boulder field and then rough ground. Best avoided and stick to paths! Stunning views as good as any in Eryri. | gbeniston | 06/06/2024 |

With Ben, Ella, Alex, Corwyn, Fernando, Tima, & James. From Mynydd Tal-y-mignedd. Descent to Talysarn through quarry included some quite challenging wayfinding (much of the RoW has been quarried away!). Was fortunate that it was a Sunday – entry not possible during the week due to blasting. | millionmts | 16/04/2023 |

Came up from the Rhyd Ddu car park, a long slog to the top of Yr Garn but miles better than coming from the West side that I ended up going down to Cae Amos bothy, and then completing the loop back up the valley. The quarry at the top of the valley is a nice (dramatic) surprise after the long road walk. | andrewroberts | 04/03/2023 |

Enjoyable walk along Nantlle ridge on clear/dry day with thunder elsewhere. Started near Talysarn - path through quarries difficult to follow. On to Myndd Mawr and down to Waunfach. Bus worked well from Caernarfon to start / finish. | davechaffey | 11/05/2021 |
8.6 mile circular from road bend at Pant-Y-Gog, we tried to find path across Cors-Y-Llyn but saw no trace, also the signposts had been taken down, instead we walked towards Cwm Dulyn and followed parallel path by wall to another minor road then followed track footpaths to road and car park near Maen-Llwyd, the fiddly bit now done we headed along track and then up trail along edge of Clogwyn-Y-Cysgod up to lovely summit of Craig Cwm Silyn, from here we turned back and followed path up easily onto Garnedd-Goch with its half a trig, then we descended steeply to ROW and followed good trail onto Mynydd Graig Goch and its lovely rocky summit, crossing handy new ladder stile over wall by summit and easily descending back to Cwm Dulyn and car. Amazing clear and sunny conditions with good views, A few people about. | DanTrig | 17/09/2020 |

Round of Craig Cwm Silyn and Trim y Ddisgl from Cwm Pennant road end. Walked back to last house then rough track up to SE ridge at about 400m. Up the ridge, higher up heather covered boulders make it hard going. Down N ridge, path to the west of the ridge bypasses the steep crags | Topographer57 | 05/08/2019 |

A 13 mile walk using Nuttall's route the one change I would make is the return to Rhyd-Ddu from Craig Cwm Silyn its not the goog and looked better to return to Mynydd Tal-y mignedd and follow the ridge down to the desserted quarry. | WAYNE ROWLETT | 01/06/2019 |
