Xmas 2019 Walk from NT Aira Force CP. Visiting both the Wainwright and HUMP summits. Climbed up via the waterfalls and returned via the terrace path - lovely and quiet when reaching the open fell side. Great views down Ullswater as the sun was setting. | Jephcote83 | 25/12/2019 |
The Hause > Little Mell Fell > Great Mell Fell > Gowbarrow > Great Meldrum > Little Meldrum > Watermillock Fell > The Hause | johnkaysleftleg | 12/10/2019 |
Mini-round of the 4 Gowbarrow summits from the main Aira Force car parks. Bit of an odd one - this, the highest point on the hill, is only a short distance from the very popular and clearly separated Wainwright and trig summit 100m away - standing onthis one you deal feel all the daytrippers by the trig staring across at you and wondering what you're doing at the wrong summit. Little do they know...! | wheresthepath | 30/09/2019 |
