Walked along coastal path from Duntulm castle ( layby). Coastguard lookout converted to small open bothy (with limited water in water butt from roof). great views over the sea and nearby islands; would be a great place to stay. OS bolt on slab at landward end of bothy.Denise 08/07/2021

Walk in with bothy maintenance man Dave Sykes who originally came from Barnsley S Yorkshire. Fabulous views from fantastic Lookout bothy an old small lookout building taken over by the MBA and a small wooden extension added with bunk bed platform sleeping three.
