From 052008 to the N of the summit, heavy going but do-able. | DavieRuts | 02/06/2023 |
Parked up on track from Pennymore using a nice wide area to get off the track. Straight up the trees, a bit of meandering and some spruce took me to the 66m spot height however the highest point as others have stated is a mossy slab with a spruce atop a bit further North. I noticed on the descent that the way is easier-going near the mature spruce a bit further south. | Dazingdale | 25/05/2023 |
Drove in to west of the hill, large outcrop under sitka and knoll further south under birch trees visited. | robertphillips | 09/04/2023 |
Harder then it looks. Pushing through trees from the NW, dropped down thinner trees to the SW but watch for rock stands. Summit is big slab of mossy rock in woodland. | Adrian | 08/09/2022 |

Can drive to Pennymore, parking big layby just before the house or beyond the house further up the FC road, depending on ground clearance. Nice easy wee hill, although ridge from west is a bushwhacking job. | iangalbraith | 20/01/2016 |
