From bend in road at Knock, good parking for several cars (NM 5459 3881). Took track to Benmore Lodge, currently under renovations. Out the back and across the end of Loch Ba, then a reasonably direct line up steep rugged ground to Beinn Coille Stroine. Lovely marginally scrambly walk up to here on good rock mostly. On to the W top and then a bit of a brutal descent back to Knock, for an 8k round.jonglew28/09/2024
From Beinn Fhada. Easy mostly grassy descent, easy to contour to the east of Beinn nan Gabhar, then straightforward from the col to the easy stony ridge with a short steeper bouldery section. Descended to point 504, then steep but reasonable going on grass and stones to easier ground lower down back to the road.Owen B26/09/2024

With P after Beinn Fhada, along ridge S to N and picked way down through crags at end. Stiff, snell breeze, some sun, improving on descent. Rounsfell21/05/2023
A fabulous walk for midsummer's day, easy going, superb views. From Scarisdale, easy up dry pasture, then heathery hillside with good animal tracks up to short grass and scree dodging up through small crags to pt 504. Lovely stroll along Beinn a' Ghraig ridge, then down and up to Beinn nan Gabhar. Down and up to Beinn Fhada, lovely walk along the splendid ridge, hands out of pockets at one point. Down the N ridge, crag dodging. Dry feet all day in trainers, no waterproof socks needed.Gill21/06/2021
Horseshoe route from Scarista Bridge, over both Ben Fhzdz tops then joined reasonable path upwards on SW aspect of Beinn a Ghraig. Picked a route down from SW aspect of col before the Western nose of the hill.willyross29/04/2021

From foot of Ben More path (9:45) walked to summit (12:30). Along fine ridge to A'Chioch (13:25) and on to Beinn Fhada (14:55). Continued round ridge to Beinn a'Ghraig (16:40) - fine stony top. Then off end of ridge and down to road, tricky in woods at bottom. Back along road to car (18:30). Some cloud earlier, but fine day with long views.dbb02/05/2019

from the bridge at 517274. Would have been a wonderful bag if it hadn't been ferociously windy. However struggled on to excellent summit and just got back to the car before the rain set in for the dayThearlaichdubh03/05/2016
From road, with Peter & Liz Hastie. Twin summits barely resolvable with Abney. Galltywenallt19/04/2016

Easy through to sub-top then main top. Continued easily round the circuit to Beinn nan Gabhar then via higher col to Beinn Fhada. Back along its fine ridge and SE ridge to start.nordicstar24/04/2015
