1st ever log for this hill!! 7th hill of 10 on an epic alternative Southern Upland Way route from Castle Kennedy (Chlenry farmhouse) to the House of Hill hotel in Bargrennan, Craig Fell, Black Cruise fell,& fell, Bught Fell,Larig Fell,Drumpail fell and then on a bearing to a track to Artfied fell branching left to get as close to Balmurrrie hill as possible. I climbed a fence and then Down to the col and a tough steep climb up onto the wind turbine asphalt and over to the summit which is on a small ridge situated south of the wind turbine.Dazingdale07/05/2015
