From a small parking area at Birset Plantation near a mast. Headed along the road NW to where a track goes off L following a long plantation. Through a gate then left following the wall then N into the woods for a short while following an overgrown track to another gate. Summit is just a short distance with nothing but tufty grass as a summit. Headed due N to Hounds Hill on Holmains Moor. Planned on returning through the forest on a different track but that was totally overgrown so retraced steps back to the start | Wayne Mac | 22/04/2024 |
