From the tennis court parking area, better done in the winter when less vegetation.robertphillips01/07/2023
Parked at tennis court (NX 6017 5713). Walked S on road 150m to field gate. Farm track leads up to woods, then woodland track takes over. At NX 6061 5750 an old logging trail leads up through the clear fell. Only final 100m was through conifers - mature trees, was ok.jonglew12/02/2021
1st top of 13 on a circular from Gatehouse of Fleet using a green track leading to a gate onto open pasture then onto a track veering off to climb down then up to the obvious top between spruce trees. Onwards to Cairntosh via shoulder of Peat hill...Dazingdale09/10/2018
Gatehouse of Fleet to Twynholm. Highly unpleasant push through the trees from summit of the mapped ride to W, which itself wasn't too wonderful.Smudge23/03/2018
