From small layby by model plane flying field - short stroll to Merryton Low Summit and trig - path to Lower Fleetgreen - Lane below Lum Edge - Lane below Revidge - Lane past Cuckoostones to summit of Redvige and trig (great views) - from here we drop to low point of walk 2548 (near Brownlow) - Lane to Lower Elkstone - then Townhead - Path to Breechs - Hill House - then back along the lane towards the Mermaid (Old Inn) and the car.briandavies02/06/2019

Here for the trigpoint. TP:UK log: In the midst of a still smouldering moor which has recently seen an extensive fire. Parked not far from start of track and headed up to trigpoint. After walking the quarry circuit with Lesley from Cauldon where i ascended Hemmings Low for the 2nd time and after a drink in the 'fammous Yew Tree Inn' we headed onto the A5023 the took the Morridge road, parking up as others on a pull-in next to the intersection of roads then a 5 minute saunter to the trig.
