From campsite in Rhayader up lane to track after waterfalls which leads near to Esgair Penygarreg summit visited both trigs. Returned to lane and walked north west then set off across country to Penrhiw-wen. Returned to Rhayader on track over Esgair Dderw.dgresty18/10/2020
