Logged Descriptions  (logged by 25 users)ByDate of Ascent
Parked in a small lay-by on the B5106 at SH77539 75761. Took the road then RoW up through the Conwy Holiday Park, then north on a path over a stile on a RoW to a gate. Then a short way to the summit in sheep pasture. Digger still there and manure heap diminishing. Then tried to follow the estate roads to Gorse Hill, but abandoned as I could not see a way through to the Gorse Hill Caravan Park. Abandoned the attempt and headed back down to the car. 3.2km, with 100m of ascent.Man of Kernow101/04/2024
From the visitors' car park SH 7773 7602. Up road to delightful green footpath on L starting at SH 77838 75797 (f/p sign high up on pole). Followed this to end at some metal steps, then hedge/fence line and cow muck to gate leading into summit field. Couple of digging machines there at moment, plus large manure pile.Aye Jimmy03/09/2023
14:42. Domed sheep pasture with large manure heap, sheep and large lambs. Just off RoW. No feature at summit. Cold grey day. Reasonable views.Denise 04/03/2023
From path junction to S. over the summit and exit via gate at N corner of the field. Highpoint unmarked in cultivated pasture with sheep and quite old lambs. There’s a growing muckheap on the E side of the summit.RichardM04/03/2023
Tight parking in gateway opposite start of fp to north east. 15 minutes there and back across pleasant pastures.Campbell Singer21/02/2023
Left the B5106 at 776759 & up the Conwy Lodge Park access road for about 70m to easy parking on the first bend - From top side of bend turned right up waymarked RoW to gate at SH 7803 7591 & then SE across pasture to summit.gerrybowes06/10/2022
From ROW to the north, through iron kissing gate. Keep to the right of the hedge to avoid an awkward bwf and deep muddy traverse.clivevilla25/01/2021

Did nearby Bryn Iocyn (118m) which has a trig point and mast. Not too far to this hill, which i think i got to highest point. Nice view to Carneddau. Back through caravan park and main road.mattcymru18/06/2019
