From Strathanmore via Creag Ruadh, East top, Meallan nan Uan, Carnan Fuar, Sgurr a Glas Leathaid, Sgurr a choire Rainich and Sgurr a MhuilinnPeterD05/06/2024
Doing a proper job this time, as I omitted this pair of outlying tops on my previous visit to the CorbettsColin Crawford20/06/2023
Parked in small car park at Church Wood, 292538, for a very enjoyable circuit of 4 Simms. Good views from all peaks. 3/4.PGCE16/06/2021
Clockwise round from Strathmore parking area. Creag Ruadh(Gt); Meallan nan Uan(C); out to Creag Glass(Gt); Sgurr a Glass Leathaid(Ct); Sgurr a Choire-rainich(Ct); Sgurr a Mhuilinn(C).dickscroop06/06/2021
From Strathanmore to Creag Ruadh up a boggy then snowy NE flank. Pleasant ridge over its east top then to Meallan nan Uan proper. Got a touch misty and snowy at this point, but we pushed on over tough terrain to Sgurr a Ghlas Leathaid and Sgurr a Choire rainich, using the beallach between the two as a navigational aid. The sun eventually came out, allowing us to trudge through the fresh snow to Sgurr a Mhuilinn. The way back to Strthanmore was riven with marshy ground and peat hags, so we followed the Allt an t-Strathain Mhoir, crossing just above a waterfall to get back to the car. 5.5hrs in total.summitter17/11/2019

Unfinished business due to previous bad weather on Meallan nan Uan. Managed to find the least attractive and most exasperating route to Sgurr a'Mhuilinn through the bogs and peat hags on the way up, and the easiest and most attractive route along the grassy streams on the way down. The lovely summit ridge of Sgurr a'Mhuillinn draws you onwards inexorably to Sgurr a'Choire-rainich and Sgurr a'Ghlas Leathaid, so I climbed Sgurr a'Mhuilinn twice; nice!Gill11/05/2017
