Parked near Bonar Bridge. Walked E up the road to Migdale, followed the yellow road SE to Kyloag and took to the woodland. Followed the tracks up to the viewpoint which looks over Spinningdale, and then up on to the summit. Thereafter descended to Loch Migdale and walked along the track on its N side and hence back to Bonar. With IG and DF.BigJ02/12/2020

Parked in a layby on the minor road NW of Spinningdale, not far from the track to Loch Migdale. Took the track almost to the loch, then a ford over the river, and continued on tracks to the summit (not on the map). Pleasant woodland walk. Continued on to Migdale Rock.LizH23/02/2020
